Drive the GTS conversion

Shift speed, clutch handover and pressure control moved to the GTS calibration. Easier to feel than to describe, so try it on your own car.

The demo runs indefinitely. Only two limits: the engine speed is capped at 6000 rpm, and the shift map editor in the app is unavailable. Everything else behaves as the full conversion does.
